Since lately, I have been getting few enquiries regarding what all movements I teach my clients in the Online Kettlebell Classes, I thought I should give the Checklist here. So, here it is

Please note that each person learns at a different pace and should practice these movements in between my sessions so that they develop enough confidence, skills with time and also, to ask questions in their next session if any.
