StrongFirst Hardstyle Kettlebell training for Professional Golfers
I first learnt the StrongFirst Strength Training Principles from StrongFirst Master Instructor Shaun Cairns in 2018 in a StrongFirst Kettlebell course in Chennai and I too realised like so many others, why StrongFirst is the Gold Standard when it comes to Strength Education. I also could see the immense value and knowledge I would gain if I continued further education by attending more StrongFirst Certifications in the future. Consistent practice with Kettlebells helped me take my Strength and mobility and that of my Personal Training Clients to the next level.
