TRX and Kettlebells ideal exercise tools for Busy People
Since 2010 while being in Melbourne, Australia, I had the opportunity to learn and then teach two of the most effective and versatile tools in the Fitness Industry today to people of all ages and fitness levels both in a Group setting and one-on-one in Personal Training Sessions. I am referring to TRX Suspension Trainer and Kettlebells.
TRX suspension trainer and kettlebells are ideal tools for busy people to exercise. Both modalities are versatile and can be done in a short amount of time, making them a great option for those who are short on time. You can get an idea from my video below practicing Hardstyle Kettlebell Swings and TRX Core. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/T81FyIR0QiU
TRX suspension training is a type of bodyweight training that uses two straps anchored to a high point, such as a doorframe or pull-up bar. The straps allow you to adjust the difficulty of the exercises, making it a great option for people of all fitness levels. TRX suspension training can be used to work all major muscle groups, and it is also a great way to improve balance, coordination, and core strength.
Kettlebells are a type of cast iron weight that has been used for centuries for strength training. Kettlebells are versatile and can be used for a variety of exercises, including Squats, Swings, Snatches, Presses, Turkish Get-up, Carries, Rows etc. Kettlebells are a great way to build Strength, Power, Conditioning, Endurance etc.
Here are some of the benefits of using TRX suspension training and kettlebells for exercise:
- They are both time-efficient. A TRX suspension training workout can be done in as little as 20 minutes, and a kettlebell workout can be done in as little as 20 minutes or less.
- They are both challenging. Both TRX suspension training and kettlebells can be challenging, even for experienced exercisers. This means that you can continue to make progress as you get stronger.
- They are both effective for building muscle and strength. Both TRX suspension training and kettlebells are effective for building muscle and strength. This is because they both involve compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once.
- They are both versatile. Both TRX suspension training and kettlebells can be used for a variety of exercises, making them a great option for people who are looking for variety in their workouts.
If you are a busy person looking for an effective and time-efficient way to exercise, then TRX suspension training and kettlebells are great options. Both modalities are challenging and effective for building muscle and strength. They are also versatile and can be done in a variety of settings.
Here are some additional tips for busy people who want to exercise with TRX suspension training and kettlebells:

- Make it convenient. If you have TRX straps or kettlebells at home, you can work out whenever you have a few minutes.

- Set realistic goals. Don’t try to do too much too soon. Start with a few exercises and gradually add more as you get stronger.
